Habitat Planners Ltd (HP) is a Kenyan consulting firm with offices in Nairobi and registered under the Companies Act (Cap 486) registration certificate No. C112498. It is recognized by the Government of Kenya as a legal entity. Habitat Planners is a physical planning (urban and regional planning) firm and is also registered by the National Environmental Management Authority (NEMA) under registration No. 0465 as firm of experts for Environmental Assessments (Strategic Environmental and Social Assessment (SESAs), Environment and Social Impact Assessment (ESIAs) and Environmental Audits) in Kenya. In addition, the firm is registered with the Income Tax Department in Kenya (Personal Identification Number, PIN P051355840D), and complies with all legal statutes of Cap. 499, section 14 of the Registration of Business Names Act. Finally, Habitat Planners Ltd is registered by Kenya Revenue Authority for Value Addition Tax (VAT) under certificate No. 0200089Z.
